Win more money

How's everything going kids? So not one person has won money for the sweatshirt or t-shirt. Maybe you aren't wearing it? Or maybe my peeps just can't find you.

In case you didn't know, if one of the secret shoppers around the Bay Area spot you, and you tell them the secret password, "Kung-Fu Panda," instant winner -- $15.

NOW, secondly.

A chance for $20. All you have to do, is to get an autograph from my Dad. How do you find him, that's for you to find out.

Lastly, I have been a bit busy working, so I could not update the blog as much as I would like...BUT...this is what I had the pleasure of doing on Wednesday. So check it out...

Have a good weekend.

Weekly Update

You are looking at a tri-tip sandwich. I had one the other day and I want another eight of them right now...

It's time to pick it up a little bit on the blog. I will look to update it with something at least every other day until school starts, which is about a month away. Summer goes by really quick, unless it doesn't...

So a bunch of stuff to get to that should keep you entertained for at least 5-10 minutes.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO *BARRY BONDS! HE IS NOW 45 YEARS OLD!

SUMMER PRO-AM LEAGUE

The Summer Pro-Am playoffs are coming up and a few of us will be checking that out. Try to come out for the last time this summer where you can watch some pretty good basketball for FREE.

Watch this video below as CBS-5 did a nice story on how the league is run and the guy behind it all.

PRO-AM BASKETBALL

A PERFECT GAME!
It's a shame not more of you like baseball, because there is a lot of great stuff happening in the Major Leagues these days. Just a few weeks after Giants pitcher Jonathan Sanchez threw a no-hitter. Mark Buehrle of the Chicago White Sox tossed a perfect-game no-hitter. It means he pitched to 27 batters, and got all 27 batters out. A remarkable feat that has been done only 18 times in the history of baseball.

YouTube will not let me embed this video so click on the link to check out the highlights.

A'S MAKE THEIR BIGGEST COMEBACK IN HISTORY

In an otherwise terrible season for the baseball team across the bay, the bright spot came Monday night when they came back from 12-2 and won the game. It was incredible to say the least, especially the last play of the game. I took this clip from our CBS-5 sports highlights. So definitely take a look at this and watch as the score slowly creeps back to a tie-game and then eventually them winning.

MONEY WINNER???

There are still people out there searching for people wearing St. Mary's T-Shirts and Swearshirts. So far, no go...Hopefully we can give away some money by the end of the summer.

Also, Sunday I will have more exclusive info on how to score some extra money for the summer.

Jonathan Sanchez makes history

Giants starting pitcher Jonathan Sanchez tossed the team's first no-hitter since 1976, as he struck out 11 in a 8-0 victory last night at AT&T Park.

What's the big deal?

Sanchez pitched 9 innings and didn't give up a single base hit. No hitters are rare feats in the game of baseball, similar to scoring I'd say 50 points in basketball, 5 goals in a hockey game. It happens only a few times each season and sometimes it doesn't even happen at all.

The only reason Sanchez pitched was because there was an injury to Randy Johnson.

A pretty amazing feat and worth watching if you didn't see the game or highlights last night.

Below is every single out of last night, definietly worth watching.

And here is the celebration when Sanchez got into the Giants clubhouse after the game.

Be back tomorrow night.

The most important post of the summer

Here for the most important post of the summer. Please take note and spread the word to those who don't check the blog regularly.

DID YOU WIN GIANTS TICKETS AT AWARDS NIGHT?
If you won tickets for this Thursday's Giants game, I have one more ticket for you. You probably won 3 tickets, when you should've won 4. If you won, please contact me as soon as possible.

SUMMER PRO-AM BASKETBALL
Our first date for the Summer Pro-Am Basketball game will be:

Sunday, July 19th @ 4 p.m.

A later date will be scheduled to see the men's teams in action.

WIN MONEY

For the month of July, win money by just wearing your St. Mary's Athletics shirt or sweatshirt. Here are the details:

There are 3 individuals in the Bay Area that will be looking out for people wearing St. Mary's Athletics gear. If they spot you, they will simply ask you, "Do you play sports at St. Mary's?" They will ask you for the password, which is "KUNG-FU PANDA."

And for proof, and if someone has a camera, take a picture with the person handing you the money.

You will be $10 richer if one of these mystery people find you.

VOTE FOR PABLO SANDOVAL AND VOTE OFTEN

Pablo Sandoval of the Giants is 1 of 5 players who can still make the Major League All-Star team. Even if you don't watch baseball, click on the link below and go vote for him.

Vote for Pablo!

See you some time later this week kiddies.
