The worst sequence in the history of basketball

Watch this clip kiddies, and follow along underneath, where I can explain to you how terrible this is. A guy on the radio who went to Arizona in college, and played basketball, said he was embarrassed watching this.

ARIZONA IS SHOOTING FREE-THROWS

Arizona (White) is down 2 points and shooting the second shot of a 1-in-1. (1-in-1 is if he makes the first free throw shot, he gets a second shot) After making the first shot, he misses the second and his teammate gets the rebound. Arizona scores and ties the game.

On the inbound, Arizona (first awful decision) decides to foul. Why is he fouling when the game is tied? Just bad decision making and game awareness. He had no clue the game was tied. He thought his team was losing, which is why he fouled.

LUCKILY, UAB misses the free throw and Arizona gets the ball back. They call a timeout and then try for the win. Their shot misses and UAB gets the rebound.

The game is still tied, and UAB is going to try and launch a more than half-court shot to win the game. It will probably be overtime...right? NO! The Arizona player who was telling his teammate earlier, that he shouldn't fouled, did the same thing, except it was even worse.

UAB gets free-throws and the ball since it was an intentional foul. Another terrible decision and lack of concentration, focus, etc...

Hope you understand what happened...If not, I or your coach can explain it once again.

UAB wins by 1, Arizona loses.
