The 6th/7th graders are going to the championship.
Thomas broke a scoreless tie in the 3rd quarter and it was enough for the 6th/7th graders to get by Waldorf 1-0. They will face St. Charles in the championship next Saturday.
Not so good news for the 7th/8th graders who lost 4-1 in their playoff game.
The other team scored a late goal in the first half, and then put in two more in the second half to finish the job.
Christian scored the lone goal in the 1st quarter which at the time tied the game at 1-1.
