Saturday Recap

Some teams took a step back from their performances last week, but we'll start with the good stuff first.

After trailing 2-0 at halftime, the 7th/8th graders erupted for 4 goals in the second half and settled for a 4-4 tie. Christian scored 3 goals and Moises added one, they are now (2-2-1).

The 5th/6th graders played an epic two set match, both which went to tiebreakers. The girls prevailed 28-26, and 36-34 in an incredible second set, that nobody wanted to lose, or win for that matter. Kaela finally ended it with one of her serves.

The 6th/7th grade soccer team played to a disappointing 2-2. They led 2-0 at halftime but gave up a goal in the third and fourth quarter and settled for the draw. Alan scored both goals. It was not a good performance by the boys this morning.

The 7th/8th grade was handed their first loss 25-21, and 25-12. This was their first test of the year, and they were unable to come out victorious.

The 3rd/4th grade girls were beaten 25-10. 25-8. Not a good game considering the momentum they build last week in their last set.

Full recaps to come later tonight.
