Mark and Miles star in Achievement Game, 3rd/4th graders lose in round 1

Miracle scored early in the game and it looked like it was going to be a good day for the 3rd/4th graders in their basketball debut.

But that was the last we heard from the girls on the offensive end as they lose 20-2 in tonight's round one match-up.

They play again tomorrow, 5 p.m. in Round 2 from St. Emydius.

Mark and Miles hold their own

Mark and Miles both were on the losing ends of their Achievement Games, but they individually did pretty well.

Mark scored 20 points, the most on his team in a 10 point loss, while Miles had 14 points as his team lost by 4 points.
