8th grade girls victorious at last

The 8th grade girls won their first ever volleyball game in a satisfying three set match, the final set by a score of 15-11.

Trailing 5-0 in the first set, the girls decided they needed to step it up and eventually won the first set 25-21. In the second, they let a 14-10 lead slip away, and just barely lost 21-25.

In the third and final set, Tiffany Y. gave them an 8-0 lead after an explosive serving rampage.

It was a long awaited victory, and everyone had the feeling it was going to come sooner or later. Thank goodness it came sooner.
