Tuesday Night Tournament Results

The 8th grade squandered a 9 point second half lead, but managed to pull away in the final two minutes of the game when they went on a 10-2 run. They won by a final score of 37-29.

Daniel and Brandon Tom hit back-to-back 3-pointers which stretched their lead out to 6 points. The two before mentioned 8th graders both hit two 3-balls in the game.

Moises made his basketball debut with the 8th grade after playing on last year's 8th grade team, and experienced his first ever basketball win as he had 10 points, trailing only Daniel who had a high score of 13 points.

All six players on the 8th grade scored.

They will play Friday night at 8 p.m. from Mission Dolores in the winner's bracket.

7th grade blown out in loss
Raymond was held scoreless and the 7th grade was beaten decisively 34-7 in round two of the preseason tournament.

Jason Ng led the team with 6 points and one of The Twins hit a free throw to complete the scoring.

They were never in the game, and will move on to the 3rd place game, 1 p.m. on Saturday at Epiphany.
