A solid start for the baseball team

The baseball team lost their first game 8-2, but it was by far, above and beyond better than the showings last season.

After a shaky first 2 innings, the team shutout their opponent for the next 3 innings and had a lot of good defensive plays.

This definitely had a look of an actual baseball team, something that could not be said very often in our first season last year.

There were a lot of positives that came from this afternoon, and the team should look to build on this for the rest of the season.
