Both soccer teams were shutout in their season finales this afternoon as both teams were unable to generate much offense on the final day of the season.
With the flu big hitting the entire school, both teams had a lot of players not at 100% but whatever was left in the tank was left out on the field, which was a great sign of character.
Earlier this morning, the 4th and 5th graders closed out their rookie volleyball season in a 25-17, 25-16 defeat. It might have been a little too early for the girls as the balls they were normally hustling to weren't returned this morning.
Their serves however were pretty good and kept them in both sets.
