We take you back to September 20th of 2009 when the class of 2010 won their first ever volleyball game.
It was the first game of their 8th grade year, following a season where they didn't even reach the 20 point mark in a single set. They were winless.
But a year later, they rolled off two set wins in the Flame Tournament to start the season and then in a thrilling three set match, they were victorious for the first time.
Down 5-0 in the first set, the girls flipped on a switch and ended up winning set one 25-21.
After losing the second set, Tiffany Ye served the girls out to an 8-0 lead. They eventually won the set 15-11.
The girls went onto play in the championship later that season.
