3rd grade puts itself in the driver seat for the playoffs

With a 6-2 win this afternoon, the 3rd grade controls its own destiny and can clinch a playoff spot with a win next Saturday.

They held a 4-0 lead into the half and traded baskets with the other team in the second half.

At (3-4), the 3rd graders can finish with a .500 record and a playoff appearance if they can beat a team they lost to earlier this year.

With less than 20 seconds left, the 3rd graders lost their sense of direction and attempted two shots in their own basket.

After a timeout, they were able to regroup and head in the right direction.
