Shots not falling for the 4th grade girls

They're getting the shots, but right now, they're not getting the results they want.

The 4th grade girls got tons of looks the entire game but were unable to cash in on their opportunities. Lay-ups where they don't drive all the way to the basket, point blank looks missed, and in the end, their third loss of the regular season.

Their performance Saturday was solid, as they got to the right spots on the court to set themselves up to shoot, but they couldn't finish it off by hitting the shots.

Sofia and Veronica both had 4 points and Justina was held to only 2 points to comprise of the girls' 10.

Defensively, they weren't the best, giving up a lot of easy shots down low, and barely generating any pressure up top.

In their 2-3 zone, the two girls up top need to pressure the ball a little more viciously to create some havoc.

The other team played very comfortable all game long and even though they weren't the most masterful on the court, they made enough shots to put the 4th grade below .500.
