Here are the 3 Stars of the Weekend
3RD STAR ***
Timothy
Timothy was part of the defense which shut out the other team Saturday. Timothy has improved immensely since the beginning of the year and makes good solid contact with the ball. On several occasions, he made strong kicks that cleared the ball out of the zone.
2ND STAR **
Lisa
In three volleyball games, Lisa has learned to serve on a consistent basis and was instrumental in the huge second set comeback, which led to the first 4th/5th grade win of the season.
1ST STAR
Elliot
Elliot gets the first star of the weekend for his shutout he pitched Saturday. It was by far his best game as he positioned himself in all the right spots, knew when to take charge and played a smart all-around game.
