Hope you were out there today for the big event this morning at the NEW St. Mary's. It was more than a decade in the making and to see it finally come to life like it did today was very special for our school and everybody involved who have been patient and have persevered through the last 15 or so years.

It was a very nice ceremony and the girls from the drum corps did a fantastic job playing for so long. It was a little cold but there was definitely that buzz in the air, and the aura of hope in the air. It was a very positive feeling and this is the first step in the building of the new school.

A former coach at St. Mary's and a friend of mine, Donald Lee took some pictures of today's festivities and also has some pictures and a preview of the gym that one day hopefully you will be playing in.
